What: Run the show with a mix of random and official props. We'll “stumble” through scene transitions, as we run the show for the first time in sequential order. The WCC AV Crew are invited to watch, to provide some familiarity before they jump in to run lights and sound during Tech Week. 

(Bring water bottle and script) (Take note of the 6pm dismissal, this includes time for the whole run and to tidy up the space for the WCC service on Sunday)

What: Adults Volunteers will join students who signed up to be on our design team.  We'll continue working on or start other props and costumes projects. (Projects continued are started on Design Team Workday Sunday, April 14th).

What: Third run of show with lights, sound and official props... Hair styled similar to performance, mics and costumes! (Note 6pm dismissal)

What: Final Dress Rehearsal with all technical elements, including hair/makeup. If style assigned to do at home, come with it styled for rehearsal.

What: Following our dinner break, students will get back into costumes & mics for top of show. Show starts at 6pm. Students will mingle for 5 minutes after bows, then get out of mics/costumes and tidy up before leaving with families.

What: Students arrive at 1:30pm to prepare for 3pm showtime. If a hairstyle has been assigned, that can be done at home, come with hair ready. Makeup is provided, if special materials are needed then it needs to be done at home prior to arrival (foundation, powder, blush, brows, eyeliner/mascara, eye crease contour).

Following the performance, Gym Team will load rented/borrowed set pieces from the gym and the Storage Team will unload those set pieces at their prospective locations. Design Team Helpers/Students will take lead in zones for pulling/storing/cleaning up HOPE props and costumes. All families help strike, following the lead of those stationed in each zone. Details for tasks in each zone will be emailed in advance.
