FEES

ENROLLMENT FEE
Enrollment fee is $250 per student, not to exceed $500 per family.
Enrollment fee is due within 10 days of acceptance.

BOOK FEES
K-5th Grade $400
6th-8th Grade $500*
9th-12th Grade $500*

Book fee and full or first month’s tuition is due by May 1st.

*Some resources may not be included in the book fee and must be purchased separately by each student.

NEW STUDENTS
One-time application fee $150
Enrollment fee is due within 10 days of acceptance.
Book fee and full or first month’s tuition is due by May 1st.

RETURNING STUDENTS
Enrollment fee is due annually by mid-February.
Book fee and full or first month’s tuition is due by May 1st.

LATE FEE$25 per returned draft
Will be assessed on all tuition payments received after the due date.

GRADUATION FEE
Assessed for all 12th grade students in the Spring semester of their Senior year. This amount does not include cap and gown.

LEARNING SUPPORT PROGRAM FEE
This annual fee applies to all students who are enrolled in the learning support program at HOPE. The fee will be applied to FACTS accounts in September. See website/handbook for tier descriptions.
Tier 1 students: $200
Tier 2 students: $500

FACTS MONTHLY DRAFT FEE  – $50 per family per year
Due at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment. Does not apply to families who pre-pay tuition in full.

Additional costs will be incurred for student activities and field trips throughout the year. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Families may choose one of the following options for payment. For all admissions after May 1st, the deposit, first tuition payment, and book fee are due within 10 days of admission.

1. Tuition may be paid in full by May 1st.
2. Tuition may be split into 10 payments, due on the 5th of each month. The first payment will be drafted on May 5th. Subsequent payments will be drafted August 5th through April 5th. There are no payments due in June or July.

EARLY WITHDRAWAL

Should your family need to withdraw from Hope Academy prior to the end of the school year, we require a 30-day notice. Parents will be financially responsible for the notice period of 30 days. We do not pro-rate tuition for partial month attendance.
