NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
NEW STUDENTS
Application fee of $150 per student per application year
Enrollment Fee and First Month’s Tuition are due within ten days of acceptance of an admissions offer.
Resources Fees are due in June or within ten days of offer acceptance for mid-year admissions.
ENROLLMENT FEE
Enrollment fee is $250 per student, not to exceed $500 per family.

*Some resources may not be included in the book fee and must be purchased separately by each student.
Other financial responsibilities throughout the school year include but are not limited to Annual Theme T-shirts and field trips.
FIELD WORK – ALL GRADES
Field Work and other experiential learning activities are scheduled throughout the school year to enrich students’ educational experiences. Some of these opportunities may incur additional costs, and families will be notified as they arise. Estimated Annual Cost:

ATHLETICS (5th-12th Grades Optional)
These Non-Refundable fees are for 5th-12th grade students who choose to participate in athletics.
$150 – Cross Country
$250 – Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Golf, Flag Football
EXTRACURRICULAR (6-12th Grades, Optional)
These Non-Refundable fees are for 6th-12th grade students who choose to participate in the following extracurricular activities:
$250 – Robotics
$250 – Theater (Students enrolled in the theater elective and/or theater production participants).

LEARNING SUPPORT PROGRAM FEE
A Non-Refundable fee is assessed for all students enrolled in the Learning Support Program. Details will be determined on an individual student basis.
Tier 1 students: $200
Tier 2 students: $500
SENIOR CLASS FEE
All rising Seniors are assessed a $400 Non-Refundable Senior Fee which includes three (3) dinner tickets for the Senior Launch Dinner, Senior Photography Sitting Fee, Cap & Gown package, Diploma, and Senior T-Shirt. This fee will be distributed across your monthly tuition.
LANGUAGE & CULTURE OPPORTUNITIES (Optional)
Additional optional costs are associated with our Language and Cultural Studies for students who choose to participate in the Dual Enrollment option for Spanish 3 and 4 through Houghton University, as well as the study abroad experience.
RETURNING STUDENTS – CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT
Continuous enrollment allows us to maximize our resources and provide Christian education to our families at the highest level of excellence. Once enrolled, the Continuous Enrollment Contract will renew automatically each year through high school graduation unless a family opts out of the program for the following year, withdraws mid-year, or HOPE Academy terminates the agreement.
Each returning family is mailed a copy of the Continuous Enrollment Contract, a personalized tuition letter, and a payment schedule before February 1st.
The Enrollment Fee and the First Month’s Tuition are due annually by February 1st to secure your student(s) spot for the subsequent school year. Resource fees are charged in June.
OPT-OUT
To opt-out of enrollment, email your intent to opt-out to Jennifer Bullock at jbullock@hopek12.com by February 1st. This email communication releases your student’s spot in the next grade level and allows you to avoid the Reenrollment Deposit draft. The Reenrollment Deposit and any other applicable tuition/fees are non-refundable. Please refer to your Continuous Enrollment Contract for further details, including payment responsibilities and opt-out timelines.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Families may select one of the following payment options:
Option 1. The remainder of Tuition may be paid in full by June 5th.
Option 2. Tuition may be split into ten (10) equal payments, due on the 5th of each month, as outlined below. The first Tuition payment and Enrollment Fee are drafted on February 5th which serves as a Non-Refundable Deposit for continued enrollment for the following school year.
- Subsequent Tuition payments are drafted from August 5th through January 5th and March 5th through May 5th.
- A School Resource Fee per student is drafted on June 5th.
- There is no payment in the month of July.
For all first-year or newly admitted families, the Non-Refundable Deposit is due within ten (10) days of Admissions Offer. Resource Fees are charged in June. HOPE Academy does not prorate Tuition or Fees.
FACTS MONTHLY DRAFT FEE – $65 per family per year
This fee is due to FACTS at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment. It does not apply to families who pre-pay tuition in full.
As a school, we do our best to keep additional costs for student activities, field trips, athletics, etc., to a minimum. Any additional costs will be communicated and charged through family FACTS accounts throughout the year.
LATE FEE – $25 per returned draft
Will be assessed on any payments received after the due date.
